The Recovery Bundle is for patients who already have a multivitamin they are happy with, or whose practitioner is managing their micronutrients separately, and who want the two products that do the muscle work.
Nutrition Blend supplies the raw material. It is grass-fed New Zealand whey protein concentrate, gently processed, at 20 g of complete protein per scoop, naturally rich in the branched-chain amino acids including leucine. MyoStim is built for the early recovery window, when muscle loss after surgery moves fastest, and pairs collagen peptides and creatine with HMB, leucine and geranylgeraniol, plus vitamin D and calcium.
Each component is sized to its own stage of healing, so the two are reordered on different cadences. Contains milk and bovine-derived collagen peptides.

Directions & Storage
Nutrition Blend. Mix 30 grams, about one scoop, in 8 ounces of water or any other beverage per day. Suggested timing: anytime.
MyoStim. Mix 1 stick pack (15 g) in 8 ounces of water per day. Suggested timing: morning.

Frequently asked questions
What comes in the box?
Two products: one 900 g tub of Truthe Nutrition Blend in your chosen flavor, and one carton of MyoStim (14 stick packs).
How is this different from Complete Nutrition?
Complete Nutrition is the same two products plus the Truthe Daily Support multivitamin. The Recovery Bundle leaves the multivitamin out.
Can I add the multivitamin later?
Yes. Truthe Daily Support is available on its own as a 120 capsule bottle, a 30 day supply.
Can I mix both into the same drink?
They are formulated to be used together, but each has its own mixing direction and each is intended to be mixed in 8 ounces of liquid. Prepare them separately.
Can I keep using Nutrition Blend after the MyoStim runs out?
Yes. The tub is a 30 day supply and MyoStim is a 14 day course, so the protein continues after the stick packs finish.
Does it contain dairy?
Nutrition Blend contains milk. MyoStim is dairy free, and its collagen peptides are bovine derived. Do not use if you have a milk or dairy protein allergy, or a beef or bovine allergy.
