Product Details
Healing draws on more micronutrients than most diets supply, and it does so at exactly the moment appetite is usually at its worst. Daily Support was built to close that gap, and it was built around recovery specifically rather than being a general multivitamin with a recovery label on it.
Every ingredient was chosen by the physician team for a role in healing. Vitamin C at 1,000 mg for collagen synthesis and cross-linking. Zinc for epithelialization and immune competence. Copper for collagen and elastin cross-linking, paired with the zinc rather than left out. Vitamin A for epithelial and mucosal tissue. Vitamin D3 at 5,000 IU for bone mineralization and muscle function. Folate and B12 in their methylated forms, for the DNA synthesis and cell proliferation that tissue repair runs on.
Three things in it are not in an ordinary multivitamin, and they are the reason this one is a recovery formula. Bromelain, a proteolytic enzyme, at 350 mg. Quercetin at 200 mg, which modulates inflammatory signaling. Citrus bioflavonoids at 75 mg, for capillary integrity and for recycling vitamin C. Alongside them, two spore-forming probiotics, Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus coagulans, chosen for gut flora during the antibiotic and opioid use that often comes with a surgical recovery.
Four capsules a day, split morning and evening with meals, because the dose is larger than a two-capsule formula can carry and splitting it spreads the load across the day.

Frequently asked questions
What is Daily Support and who is it for?
It is a daily multivitamin and mineral formula built around recovery from surgery and injury. Every ingredient was selected by the physician team for a specific role in healing rather than for general wellness, and it carries enzymes, flavonoids and probiotics an ordinary multivitamin does not.
How do I take it?
Two capsules in the morning and two in the evening, with meals, or as directed by your health-care practitioner. That is four capsules a day in total.
Why four capsules instead of one or two?
Because of what is in it. A formula carrying 1,000 mg of vitamin C, 350 mg of bromelain and 200 mg of quercetin alongside a full vitamin and mineral panel will not physically fit into one or two capsules. Splitting the dose morning and evening also spreads it across the day rather than delivering everything at once.
Do I have to split it morning and evening?
That is the direction on the label and it is how the formula was designed to be taken. If you need to take it differently, ask your health-care practitioner.
What are bromelain, quercetin and citrus bioflavonoids doing in a multivitamin?
They are why this is a recovery formula rather than a general one. Bromelain is a proteolytic enzyme. Quercetin modulates inflammatory signaling. Citrus bioflavonoids support capillary integrity and help recycle vitamin C, which is also in the formula at 1,000 mg.
Why are there probiotics in it?
Surgical recovery frequently involves a course of antibiotics, opioid pain medication, or both, and each of those is hard on gut flora. The two strains here, Bacillus subtilis and Bacillus coagulans, are spore-forming, which means they are more robust through storage and through the stomach than many probiotic strains.
What does "methylated" mean, and which vitamins are they?
It means the vitamin is supplied in the form the body uses directly, so it does not have to be converted first. In this formula that is folate, supplied as L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate rather than folic acid, and vitamin B12, supplied as methylcobalamin. This matters most for people whose genetics make that conversion less efficient.
Why is the vitamin D dose 5,000 IU?
Vitamin D supports bone mineralization and muscle function, both of which are under load during recovery. If you already take a separate vitamin D supplement, or you are taking this alongside another Truthe product that contains vitamin D, tell your health-care practitioner so your total daily intake is accounted for.
Does it contain copper?
Yes, 2 mg, for collagen and elastin cross-linking. It sits alongside the zinc deliberately, because zinc and copper compete for absorption and a formula carrying one usually needs the other.
How long does one bottle last?
120 capsules at four a day is a 30 day supply.
Is it vegetarian? Does it contain common allergens?
The capsule is vegetable cellulose. The manufacturer's specification records it as free from all nine major allergens: milk, eggs, fish, crustacean, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soybean and sesame.
Can I take it alongside the Nutrition Blend and MyoStim?
Yes. The products are designed to be used together and all three appear in the Complete Nutrition box. Note that MyoStim also contains vitamin D, so while a MyoStim course is running your vitamin D intake comes from both products. Daily Support supplies 5,000 IU and MyoStim supplies 1,000 IU of vitamin D per day, totaling 6,000 IU during the 14-day MyoStim course. Tell your health-care practitioner if you already take a separate vitamin D supplement.
Do I need a prescription?
No. It is a dietary supplement.
