The box holds three products, and each one is sized to a different stage of healing rather than to a single uniform month. Nutrition Blend supplies 20 g of grass-fed New Zealand whey protein concentrate per scoop, with the complete essential and branched-chain amino acid profile whey naturally provides. Daily Support supplies vitamin C at 1,000 mg, vitamin D3 at 5,000 IU, methylated folate and B12, a full mineral panel, and the bromelain, quercetin, citrus bioflavonoids and probiotics that make it a recovery formula rather than a general one, across four capsules a day. MyoStim supplies collagen peptides, creatine, HMB, leucine and geranylgeraniol in one clementine-flavored stick a day, made for the early window when muscle loss after surgery moves fastest.

Directions & Storage
Daily Support. Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 capsules in the evening, with meals. Four capsules a day in total.
Nutrition Blend. Mix 30 grams, about one scoop, in 8 ounces of water or any other beverage per day. Suggested timing: anytime.
MyoStim. Mix 1 stick pack (15 g) in 8 ounces of water per day. Suggested timing: morning.

Why do the three products run for different lengths of time?
MyoStim covers the early window, when muscle loss after surgery is most aggressive, so it runs 14 days and finishes first. Daily Support and Nutrition Blend both run 30 days, so after the first MyoStim course those two reorder together on the same monthly cadence.
What does a typical day look like?
Two Daily Support capsules with a morning meal and two more with an evening meal, one scoop of Nutrition Blend mixed into 8 ounces of liquid, and one MyoStim stick pack mixed into 8 ounces of water. Order and timing within the day are up to you and your health-care practitioner.
Can I take all three at the same time?
They are formulated to be used together. Follow each product's own directions.
Can I buy the products separately?
Yes. Daily Support and Nutrition Blend are available on their own, and there is a two-product Recovery Bundle of Nutrition Blend and MyoStim without the multivitamin.
Which flavor should I choose?
The flavor choice applies to the Nutrition Blend tub only, and it is Chocolate or Vanilla. Both deliver 20 g of protein per scoop. The two differ slightly in their other nutrition values because they use different flavoring systems.
