Omni Ice™ Jumbo Size 22oz Capacity Ice Freeze Bags
These freezable food-safe ice bags are designed to hold liquids and can be used in place of ice cubes or constantly adding cold water to your cold therapy device. The coolers themselves do not actively cool the water, so you must add either ice and refresh the ice to keep it cold for long periods of time. This pushes most residential freezers to their icemaking limit, and it also requires constant changing of the ice/water in the cooler.
These freeze bags offer a quick and convenient solution to both problems.
We recommend freezing 6 bags full of water, using 2-3 at a time in the cooler and rotate them out with the 2-3 still in the freezer once the first 3 thaw out.
Pro-tip: Adding salt to your freeze water will lower the freezing point and give you a bit extra thermal exchange.
These clear jumbo-sized stand-up Ice Freeze Bags measures 5 7/8" x 3 1/2" x 9 1/8" and is made from 4 mil materials that include nylon, which allow the bag to be used in the freezer, with repeated use.
The double seal zipper provides a better and stronger barrier than a standard zipper bag. Freeze pouches take up less space in the freezer and create block ice, with more effective melt times.
